Shipping and Returns
All orders will ship out within 2 business days of receipt. Orders over a certain value are shipped with a signature required upon delivery.
Lens bundles and other high value orders will be shipped via UPS.
Orders shipping to outside of the USA will ship via USPS Express Mail or UPS, depending on which you choose during checkout. Please be aware that your country may impose import fees or taxes on your purchase and you would be responsible for paying it. UPS may also charge a brokerage fee in addition to any import fees and taxes.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items returned used or in a condition different than it was received, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Replacement part orders can not be returned and are non-refundable.
We have the right to refuse a return if it is sent without first contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For orders over a certain value, the customer will be responsible for shipping back the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage that might occur during the return shipping.
Any packages that are refused for any reason, and are returned to sender will be subject to a restocking fee.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or is defective. Initial shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.
International Returns: the customer will be required to purchase their own return label, all shipping costs for international orders are not refundable. In the event that exchange rates change from the time of the purchase to the time of the return, we are not responsible for the difference in the refund amount.
Any customs or import fees that we need to pay, due to the customer not willing to pay the fees and the order being returned to sender, will be subtracted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be withheld from any refunds.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will not be issued unless the item is returned to us. Shipping costs are non refundable due to any delays in shipping if the package is delivered. All other situations will be decided on a case by case basis.
Refunds after Return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any accessories that were included when the order was delivered must be included when the order is returned. The customer will be charged for any missing accessories.
